It can automatic apply 3mm to 20mm fireproof spacers. The thickness of finished fireproof glass can be up to 80 mm and achieve multi-layer laminating. In order to meet the customer’s requirement, we independently developed the fire-retardant liquid pouring table, Fire retardant liquid mixing reactor, thermo-curing furnace and other Glass mobile transfer equipment. Our insulating fire proof glass production solution improve production efficiency by automate the production process to reduce the labor cost and provide more stable sealing performance of the product.

The spacer applicator
The spacer applicator automatically replaces the suction cup according to the size of the glass, holding the glass and completing the sealing spacer applying process automatically.

The infrared heating device radiates evenly heat to the glass edges and each layer of sealing spacer according to its size.
The roller pressing
The progressive roller pressing section have 14 pairs of rollers gradually pressed with high pressing accuracy.
