This production line can produce multi-layer insulating glass and LOW-E insulating glass with Georgian Bars. Its Equipped with air floating turning-over table for placing Georgian bar and Dual channel glass convey to boost the productivity. The The automatic butterfly shaped assembling table ensures that there is no contact on the surface of LOW-E glass before assembling.

Production Procedure
1. The cleaned glass is accelerated and transmitted to the automatic measurement station for automatic measurement of glass size.
2. The automatic spacer applicator automatically adjusts the position based on the automatic measurement of glass size, and completes the spacer application automatically.
3. After the spacer is applied on the glass pane, it is transferred to an air floating turning-over table for placing Georgian bar. In the meantime, the cleaned and none spacer applied glass is automatically transmitted to the rolling-over assembling station to wait for the IGU assembling via other conveyors.
4. After Georgian bar is applied on the glass pane, it is directly placed on the automatic rolling-over assembling station, and it is automatically completed with multilayer assembly,according to the preset number of layers of IGU at the PLC control panel,before IGU assembly.
5. After the IGU assembling is completed, it is transmitted to a hot press through a convey table for heating and rolling.

Ths assembling section is driven by a bidirectional servo motor, it assembling at a precise position and ensureno contact with the surface of LOW-E glass during the proces.
Automatic spacer applicator
Automatic spacer applicator can automatically complete the spacer application and IGU assembling process of 6-20mm warm edge spacers based on the automatic measurement of glass size, all spacer’s position is completely consistent with perfect assembling accuracy.
Easy to place Georgian bar
The air floating turning-over table makes Georgian bar placing easily.
