Production Procedure
1. After the washing machine the cleaned glass is accelerated and transmitted to the automatic measurement station for automatic measurement of glass size.
2. The automatic spacer applicator automatically adjusts the position based on the automatic measurement of glass size, and completes the spacer application automatically.
3. After the spacer applied on the glass pane, it is directly placed in the automatic assembling station, and its automatically completed according to the set number of glass layers.
4. After the IGU assembling is completed, it is transmitted to a hot press through a convey table for heating and rolling press.
