The whole machine adopts speed-regulator and chain-type transmitting system with stable and reliable transmission by means of chains and sprocket to regulate the speed to work stable. Speed scope: 0~3.5meter/min

The heating system adopted infrared radiation mode consists with upper and lower light boxes and heat retaining cover. The heating time controlled by time relay according to length of the glass. It equipped with 2 switches, each one controls 50% infrared light to having the effect of fast temperature-rising, high thermal efficiency and energy saving.

The hot-pressing machine have 5 to 7 pairs of pressure rollers provide gradually pressing to ensure uniform and smooth contact pressure.
